An Ordinance to establish zoning regulations for the Township of Secord, Gladwin County, Michigan including regulations concerning non-conforming uses, structures and buildings, to provide for the administration, enforcement and amendment of such regulations, to prescribe penalties for the violation of such regulations and to provide for conflicts with other ordinances or regulations, all in accordance with the provisions of Michigan Act 168 of 1959, as amended.
