New Business: Meeting with Denise Cline to review the Master Plan and Zoning Ordinances, that she had reviewed and marked up: All introduced our selves and Rex gave a overview of where we are and our plan to proceeded. Denise went thru her thoughts of where we are and told us that she would complete all work necessary to get our Master Plan and Zoning Ordinances to Approval by the Board. The Master Plan needs only a few changes and to be cleaned up, Denise will do that and send it back for our final approval and a Public hearing will be scheduled for August 13th. Rex will schedule the notice in the paper with Kathy Wilton and Carl will send notice of that public hearing to all neighboring townships. A discussion on Maps was pursued and a final zoning Map will be made to add to the Master Plan.
We then started reviewing the Zoning Ordinances:
The planning committee had decided after review that most of the changes and comments made by Denise were valid and we would approve the changes to be made with discussion on them all. Article 7 was the first, followed be the definitions and Article 3. (the Fence ordinance will be voted on at the next meeting, to decide if 4í or 6í will be allowed in side yards. They will have to meet the set back requirements either way! We also reviewed 6, 7, 8, and 10 with only a few changes required on each. We discussed Article 5 and 9 to be the focus of the next meeting. That meeting will take place on July 7th. @ 9:30 A.M. The tables in Chapter 5 were never updated with our changes by E.M.C.O.G. and Carl will go back and locate the file he sent to Anamika and forward it to Denise. This Table is the guide for what can and canít be done in the Zoning Districts and must be correct.

HOME WORK for discussion: Review Master Plan, for final approval and look at Chapter 5 & 9 of the zoning ordinances.

Special Meeting: July 7th. @ 9:30 A.M. (Review Article 5 & 9)

Public Hearing for Master Plan: July 16th. @ 8:00 A.M.
