Announcement: By Carl Kerr, he will be in Florida till the meeting the 2nd. Week in March. Jenny Carroll will take minutes during his absents.

Minutes of December 8th. meeting were Approved! Motion by Jenny Carroll and 2nd. By Tony Reale.

Notice to go out for Public hearing for Fence and dock ordinance revisions, the meeting will be held during the planning board meeting on Wednesday January the 12th. At 10:oo A.M.

Planning Commission still in need of one member.

On Ordinances: 402:11 & 402:12
The Ordinances were read by Rex Rowe - 4 public in attendance.
After some decussion on Floating Docks, Ice shanties and Fences
No disagreement was mentioned and a motion to approve both ordinances was made by Colin Combs and 2nd. By Martin Holmes.
A Roll call vote was taken with all members voting yes! To Approve
A vote was taken to send both Ordinances to the Board for approvial at the January meeting.

Presentation Made by Mark Eidelson of Land Plan,
How and what they can do to help us bring the township Master plan, Zoning and Mapping up to date. Mark is well educated, ( B.S. in Community Development, Masters Deg. In Master Planning & Arcature.) with 30yrs. experience and a well trained individual who has worked with many townships and counties, he reviewed the ways he could help and gave us many ideas of the levels of assistance he could provide. He also had reviewed our Master Plan and found it to be quite outdated and in need of being revised along with our zoning, he gave us several examples of areas that were out dated and did not comply with the new laws. He would assist us with tasks at any level we would like. The presentation lasted an hour & half and was found to be very informative to all of the board and gave us all a better of what was ahead of us.

Review of the Planning Commissions meeting schedule with monthly meetings scheduled the 2nd. Wednesday of the month at 10:00 A.M., additional meetings will be scheduled the 4th. Wednesday of the month starting with the 4th. Wednesday in January to start to put a bid package together and decide what we want in our new Master Plan and Zoning. And just what we want the consultants to do for us.

Discussion: Master plan and Zoning Ordinance being put on the web, need for a communication page on the web for updates, the cost of having the master plan and zoning ordinances redone and the bidding process.

Special Request: Jim Carroll was given a special request to allow living quarters in a single story, zoned commercial area.

Next Meeting: January 26th. @ 10:00 A.M.
