Meeting called to order at 7:05pm

Board Members Present:
Chair, Russ Norton, Maxine Larson, Arnold Welch

Board Members Absent:
Larry Santamour and Deb Podoley

Fire Department Present:
Chief Shaver

Guest: Marge Chamberlain and Carrie Shaver

Old Business:
Grant Update: Final draft has been submitted.

New Business:
Runs: motion made by Russ Norton and 2nd by Maxine Larson to approve the runs, All
ayes.
Bills: motion made by Maxine Larson and 2nd by Arnold Welch to approve the bills, all ayes.

Fire Run Bills: None

Chair Russ Norton will make a suggestion to the township board that they look into the business of BPL regarding the Fire Barn and Lawn Work.

Motion made by Maxine Larson and 2nd by Russ Norton to adjourn meeting at 7:40
