Fire Board Meeting: December 12, 2011

Meeting open at 7:01 p.m.

Members Present: Chair Martin Holmes, members Larry Santamour, Maxine Larson, Jenny Carroll and Sharon Marx

Fire Board Present: Chief Fred Shaver

Guest: Supervisor Vince Barry and Barbara Holmes

Corrections to minutes for November 7, 2011: motion made by Larry Santamour and 2nd by Jenny Carroll to approve minutes as written, all ayes

Old Business:
Homeland Security Grant, no new information
Rural Development Grant, no new information

New Business:
Bills: Motion made to approve the bills by Maxine Larson, 2nd by Sharon Marx, all ayes
Runs: Motion made to approve the runs Larry Santamour, 2nd by Maxine Larson, all ayes
Fire Run Bills: There was one bill submitted for Robert Bock in the amount of $500.00
2012 Calendar: Motion to approve 2012 calendar dates by Jenny Carroll, 2nd by Maxine Larson, all ayes

An up to date listing of all fire board members was submitted and approved by the fire board.

Next meeting is January 9, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.

Motion made to adjourn meeting at 7:35 p.m. made by Larry Santamour, 2nd by Maxine Larson, all ayes

Discussion was held regarding the wording for a millage in 2012.
