December 16, 2008 @ 10:00am MINUTES Meeting was called to order by Thelma Mitchell at 10:01 am. Pledge of Allegiance was recited Roll Call: Chairperson Thelma Mitchell - present Vice-chair __ Rex Rowe _ present Tony Reale __ present Mike Pagan _ present Colin Combs _ present - Merv Raden _ _ present Jenny Carroll _ present Zoning Admin. James Carroll _ not present Motion to accept minutes from Oct. meeting made by Mike Pagan, and seconded by Tony Reale.AII aye: carried. Old Business: 1 .election of officers was carried out. 2,scheduled meetings for 2009 - 3-letter from Beate Behrens was read. New Business: 1 Need to discuss about privacy fences. 2. should permit be required for residential owners for fence?? 3. In the Behrens case, both parties need to apply for approval in Spring (?)
