    OCTOBER 10. 2007

    DECEMBER 12, 2007

    All meetings will be @ 10:00am, Special Meetings will be scheduled as needed.

3. Sign Ordinance...discussion of adapting Clement Township Sign Ordinance; will present to Township Board

4. Election: Board Members to stay the same;

   Thelma Mitchell as Chairperson  motioned by Tony Reale and second by Merv Raden

   Jerry Greenman as Vice -Chair  motioned by Merv Raden and second by Mike Fagan

   Patt Barry as Secretary motioned by Jerry Greenman and second by Mike Fagan

   All ayes  by Planning Commission Members.

NEW BUSINESS:

1. Re: Property on Northeast corner of Lakeshore Dr and Secord Dam Rd, owners' request to lot split.

   Property owner informed to request Rezoning Application. Follow through with Township Board and

   Planning Commission.

2. Planning Commission requests old record of property description of NE corner lot of Lakeshore Dr and

    Secord Dam Rd.
