Secord Township Fire Board Meeting open: 7:00 p.m. Board Members Present: Chairman Russ Norton, members Larry Santamour, Martin Holmes and Jenny Carroll, Maxine Larson was absent. Fire Board Present: Chief Shaver Guest: Supervisor Vince Barry and Doug Hachell Approval of minutes, November 8, 2010 Motion made by Larry Santamour to approve the minutes 2nd by Jenny Carroll Old Business: Grant Update: Currently there is no new information on Fema Grant information sent to Kathy Wilton. Fire Truck Discussion: Discussion was tabled for time being. Repairs on Tanker: Bleeder screw loose on brake, West Branch Tank & Trailer is fixing truck. Needs to pass D.O.T. inspection West Branch Tank & Trailer will do inspection. No estimate on cost of repairs, or time frame as to finished repairs New Business: Runs: 4 runs made Motion made by Russ Norton and 2nd by Larry Santamour, All ayes Bills: Motion made by Russ Norton and 2nd by Larry Santamour to pay the bills, Fred taking class for $75.00, total cost of bills $603.73. All ayes Fire Run Bills: There were no fire run bills at present time. Comments: Russ Norton gave notice to resign as chairman but will remain on fire board, applications for chairman position requested, Karen came through surgery fine and home taking care of herself hoping for speedy recovery. Motion to adjourn meeting at 7:16p.m. made by Russ Norton and 2nd by Larry Santamour, All ayes.
